Performance logger does not automatically clean up timespan object properties, resulting in stoppage of XHR requests

Description

As previously reported here - https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/30288

• XMLHttpRequest calls startTimepan using a key generated from the request URL.
• The GlobalPerformanceLogger created by createPerformanceLogger adds new timespans using the key, but they are never removed
• Hermes limits objects to 196,607 properties

Once the limit has been reached, no new XHR's can be made. Each will throw Property storage exceeds 196607 properties

Leggete la chiamata a startTimepan in XMLHttpRequest.js alle righe 568-569 e la creazione di timespan in createPerformanceLogger.js alle righe 291-294. Riproducete il problema con 196608 XMLHttpRequests utilizzando URL univoci, quindi verificate che le proprietà di timespan non continuino ad accumularsi finché le nuove richieste XHR non falliscono con il Hermes property-limit error.
