Wrong types in RCTDeviceEventEmitter

Description

On a recent update of React Native we noticed that the export of RCTDeviceEventEmitter types is wrong.

After the update, the export in .d.ts has been changed to export const:

But in the .js file, the export still with export default:

Inizia confrontando packages/react-native/Libraries/EventEmitter/RCTDeviceEventEmitter.d.ts con il file .js corrispondente alle righe indicate. Verifica come viene importato e tipizzato RCTDeviceEventEmitter, quindi conferma che la dichiarazione corrisponda all’esportazione a runtime e non produca l’errore di tipo segnalato.
