fetch response.text() returning undefined on iOS works on Android

Description

reading textual information from a http (not https!) fetch response is not possible on iOS. It always returns undefined.

I have added the required ATS excemptions in my iOS app like this:

Comienza con el Snack enlazado y reproduce la llamada fetch contra la URL HTTP indicada en iOS y Android, comparando el comportamiento de la respuesta y de response.text(). Sigue la implementación de fetch de React Native para iOS y el manejo del cuerpo de la respuesta; el trabajo está terminado cuando la llamada en iOS devuelve la respuesta textual en lugar de undefined, mientras el comportamiento de Android permanece intacto.
