TextInput prevent scroll on ScrollView

In a too long form, scroll is only available if the touch start outside the TextInput fields

Steps To Reproduce

1. create a ScrollView with flex: 1
2. put more TextInputs than your screen can handle
3. try to scroll with your touch starting on a field

I expect the page to scroll

Turns out textAlign='center' is causing all of this

Inizia riproducendo il comportamento nello Snack collegato con uno ScrollView contenente un numero sufficiente di TextInputs, in particolare con textAlign='center'. Traccia il comportamento del tocco e dello scorrimento di React Native; il lavoro è completato quando un tocco che inizia su un TextInput consente ancora lo scorrimento dello ScrollView contenitore, senza compromettere l’interazione con l’input di testo.
