Hi all,
Rt-utils is an exceptional tool. However, I encountered an issue with the output of RTs ROI in a nii.gz file. There are some ROI regions that are cropped abnormally and others are fine, the image is attached.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance on resolving this issue. @carluri @asim-shrestha @awtkns @qurit-frizi
