Stačí mi z účetního hlediska účtenky. Ideálně, aby platby proběhly přes Pyvec, jinak jsme tam zbytečný prostředník.Tj. dodáte účtenky/faktury/lístky/letenky, Pyvec vše buď zaplatí nebo proplatí tomu, kdo to zaplatil. Pyvec vystaví fakturu LMC na sponzorský dar ve výši nákladů.
Účtenky prosím poslat naskenované na info@pyvec.org, připsat číslo účtu pro proplacení. Případně, pokud nebylo placeno v CZK, ale v jiných měnách, tak poslat částku v CZK, která byla odečtena z účtu (ideálně dodat výpis transakce z banky), jinak to proplatíme aktuálním kurzem. Do stejného emailu ještě pak prosím napsat fakturační údaje na LMC.
