python-gssapi incompatible With Cython 3.1

With the release of Cython, the installment of python-gssapi broke on Linux systems:

  building 'gssapi.raw.misc' extension

According to Cython devs, Cython 3.1+ requires C99 compatible C compiler:

Reproduziere die Linux-Installation mit Cython 3.1+ und untersuche den im Fehler angezeigten Build-Pfad gssapi/raw/misc.c. Überprüfe die beteiligte Cython- und Compiler-Konfiguration; abgeschlossen bedeutet, dass python-gssapi mit der betroffenen Cython-Version unter Linux erfolgreich installiert wird.
