Improve multiprocessing stubs

stubtest finds a number of issues with the existing multiprocessing stubs. PRs that work toward fixing these (if they need fixing) are welcome, even if they're small!

Empieza ejecutando el comando python3.8 -m mypy.stubtest --custom-typeshed-dir . multiprocessing --concise del issue y examina los stubs de multiprocessing correspondientes a un pequeño grupo de las discrepancias notificadas. Compara las APIs seleccionadas con el entorno de ejecución, actualiza únicamente los stubs relevantes y vuelve a ejecutar stubtest para confirmar que esas discrepancias se han resuelto.
