Beginne damit, die Windows-Proxyanfrage mit checklib-py3.py zu reproduzieren, und vergleiche ihre Laufzeiten mit test.py und den angehängten Performance-Ergebnissen. Lies request.patch und die Hinweise zu socket.py, und prüfe anschließend PR #247 auf frühere Arbeiten. Der Abschluss sollte einen vereinbarten Fix für die gemeldete urllib-Proxyverlangsamung und eine Performance-Validierung umfassen, aber das Issue definiert keinen präzisen Abnahmetest.
