Empieza por Modules/timemodule.c, especialmente get_zone, init_timezone, time_tzset y la ruta tmtotuple mencionada en el informe del sanitizer. Reproduce el ejemplo con ThreadSanitizer y revisa el PR vinculado gh-157806; se considera terminado cuando las condiciones de carrera indicadas ya no se produzcan y las APIs de zona horaria conserven su comportamiento esperado.
