Description

I propose adding an empty frozendict singleton.

For example, it would be returned on the following operations:

  • frozendict()
  • frozendict({})
  • frozendict() | frozendict()
  • frozendict() | {}
  • frozendict.fromkeys([])

Research direction

Review the listed empty-frozendict operations and then inspect linked PR gh-153061, which is already associated with this proposal. Done means those operations return the same empty frozendict singleton while preserving the expected behavior.
