freeze cannot find Modules/_hacl/libHacl_Hash_*.o

Bug description:

Dear maintainers,

unfortunately, the fix of issue #116043 in Python 3.14 does not fix the problem at all. Now freeze.py adds dependencies to some Modules/_hacl/libHacl_Hash*.o files,
although their functionality is already contained in cpython. The result again ist that linking is not possible:

使用 helloworld.py 和 hashlib 範例透過 freeze.py 重現失敗，接著檢查產生的 frozen build，以及 linker 錯誤中所提到的 Modules/_hacl 物件路徑。比較產生的相依性與 frozen tree 中可用的檔案。當 make 無需手動建立空的 HACL 物件檔案即可完成，且 frozen executable 能夠成功執行時，即表示完成。
