Unicode characters ≥ 0x10000 cannot be inputted/behaves unusually at the REPL terminal.

When the machine locale is set to UTF-8, when inputting a Unicode character ≥ 0x10000:

Two surrogates were "inputted" and so two UnicodeEncodeErrors.

Inizia dal percorso del traceback attraverso Lib/_pyrepl/readline.py, reader.py, completing_reader.py, utils.py e Lib/tokenize.py, quindi esamina la PR collegata gh-136639. Riproduci il problema su Windows con una locale UTF-8 e un carattere uguale o superiore a U+10000; il lavoro è completato quando l'input del REPL e l'aggiornamento terminano senza il UnicodeEncodeError relativo ai surrogate segnalato.
