Support more dot commands for sqlite3 command-line interface

Proposal:

The CPython sqlite3 CLI currently supports three dot commands: .help, .version, and .quit. In the SQLite CLI tool there are many other ones that are really helpful. We can add support for those commonly used to improve usability.

This is a minor feature, which does not need previous discussion elsewhere
