Comece com test/test_build_details.py, especialmente CPythonBuildDetailsTests.test_base_interpreter, e reproduza a falha quando Python é executado a partir de uma instalação realocada. Inspecione como o teste obtém e compara os caminhos do interpretador base. Considera-se concluído quando test_build_details passa no cenário de local realocado sem quebrar os outros testes listados.
