Research direction

Run ./python -m test -R 3:3 test_capi.test_opt -m test_combine_stack_space_checks_large_framesize and inspect the test_capi.test_opt coverage and the JIT reference-counting path involved. Done means the test no longer reports the two leaked references on CPython main.
