With removal of distutils in python3.12 from setuptools._distutils.dep_util import newer_group does not seem to work in pegen

Inizia dal punto di ingresso compile_c_extension mostrato nel report ed esamina l’importazione di newer_group da parte di setuptools._distutils.dep_util in Python 3.12 e 3.14. Riproduci il problema su macOS in pegen e identifica il problema di compatibilità; il lavoro è completato quando la compilazione dell’estensione del generatore di parser funziona sulle versioni di Python testate.
