Does not work with a shared libpython3.so on run-time search path

I'm using the CPython configure flags --enable-shared with an rpath interpolation (LDFLAGS). Linux platform (RHEL 8.3).

The interpreter's stdlib venv works just fine, but poetry installer doesn't like something about that config

Start by reproducing the shared-library failure with the installer command and inspect the installer code around the reported run and main locations (lines 552 and 919). Done means the installer completes successfully when Python uses a shared libpython3.so found through its runtime search path.
