yocto recipe for this example

I have a very basic idea about Yocto. I have added python3-pybind11 package into IMAGE_INSTALL and I checked if it is in the target:

The version is a bit old. Anyway I have changed pyproject.toml by lowering the version in the example:

...

With this change, I still can build and run the example locally.

I created this recipe by devtool add:

Beginne mit setup.py und pyproject.toml und prüfe anschließend das eingereichte Yocto-Rezept sowie das do_compile-Protokoll, das das fehlende pybind11-Modul zeigt. Prüfe, wie die Build-Anforderungen dieses Beispiels während des Yocto-Builds verfügbar gemacht werden. Als erledigt gilt die Aufgabe, wenn das Rezept erfolgreich baut und ein lauffähiges Beispiel-Image erzeugt.
