Improve multiprocessing stubs

Comece executando o comando python3.8 -m mypy.stubtest --custom-typeshed-dir . multiprocessing --concise da issue e inspecione os stubs de multiprocessing correspondentes a um pequeno grupo das discrepâncias relatadas. Compare as APIs selecionadas com o runtime, atualize apenas os stubs relevantes e execute stubtest novamente para confirmar que essas discrepâncias foram resolvidas.

stubtest finds a number of issues with the existing multiprocessing stubs. PRs that work toward fixing these (if they need fixing) are welcome, even if they're small!
