Cannot run appmap with clr package.

Reproduza a falha com o ambiente Pipenv mostrado executando Python e importando clr. Comece com appmap/wrapt/wrappers.py e _appmap/importer.py; depois, inspecione clr.py e a inicialização do pythonnet mostradas no traceback. Está concluído quando a importação de clr é bem-sucedida enquanto o AppMap está instalado e habilitado.

I thought I'd try out your application, but I ran into an issue early. Seems like it doesn't work with either pythonnet or clr. Below you can see I just install the two and I cannot import clr.
