Description

Hi All

Rather than expose my metrics at the top level I would like to expose them in a metrics subfolder similar to what node-exporter does. I don't quite seem able to find the way to do this using this client library. Anyone help me solve this?

Thanks

Stephen

Research direction

Start by inspecting the start_http_server entry point mentioned in the issue and how it exposes the metrics endpoint. Determine whether serving metrics under a /metrics subfolder is supported or needs a defined API change; done should mean the requested subfolder behavior is available and verified.
