Opening a sketch from the Desktop folder can result in several macOS access prompts

Not sure how much this is a larger problem, or is just an issue with the un-signed version that I'm using in development. But I'm sometimes seeing several macOS dialog boxes confirming that it's ok to access files in the Desktop folder.

The fix would be to request that access once for the Desktop, i.e. a better prompt on startup or when first trying to load something from the Desktop. But hard to know the right solution since it's not clear how bad the problem is.
