Error "Could not get the settings folder" when opening a sketch with double click

Bug description

Hi,

When I try to open a sketch with double-click on the .pde file a window with this error appears and Processing can't open the file.

When I open form the Processing menu there is no problem.

This problem appeared one day with apparently no reason at all and since then is present.

Steps to reproduce this

(1) Open with double click any Processing aplication fila .pde
