Description
Just like we navigate to /download, the download nav item gets a left border for distinction. The same can apply to nav sub-items.
For example - when we navigate to /environment under documentation in the nav bar, the environment UI should also change similarly.

Research direction
Start at the navbar entry point and compare the existing active styling for /download with navigation to /environment under Documentation. Confirm done when the active subitem has the same visual distinction as the active top-level item, while other subitems remain unchanged.
