Description

Hello !

I noticed that when installing wasm-pack on Windows (via PowerShell if that helps), wasm-opt was missing (which make the web assembly build fail). I fixed it by simply installing wasm-opt manually (cargo install wasm-opt).

I didn't have that issue on macOS, where install wasm-pack came with wasm-opt.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the wasm-pack installation on Windows via PowerShell and compare it with the macOS installation, focusing on whether wasm-opt is included. Done means a fresh Windows install provides wasm-opt without running cargo install wasm-opt manually, and the WebAssembly build succeeds.
