描述
We want to play videos! This is going to be a really tricky one, as there's not great cross-platform video support. One big advantage of being LGPL licensed is that we should be able to link against ffmpeg, which could be a good starting point. I've had success with software decoding in the past. There's nascent support for Vulkan Video in wgpu, which we'll also want to explore.
