See the changes we need to make at https://github.com/posit-dev/connect-actions/pull/61 to prevent the error from happening. But IIUC, we should be able to treat rsconnect deploy quarto file.qmd and rsconnect deploy quarto --entrypoint file.qmd as equivalent such that we could always accept --entrypoint and not need to special case quarto. Even while allowing the special case of no --entrypoint for quarto docs that point to the doc itself.

Als erledigt gilt, wenn sich rsconnect deploy quarto file.qmd und rsconnect deploy quarto --entrypoint file.qmd gleichwertig verhalten, während Quarto-Dokumente --entrypoint weiterhin weglassen dürfen, wenn dies angemessen ist.
