Research direction

Start in cpg_utils/cromwell.py at lines 556-561 and review the watch task's handling of the Cromwell status returned for batch 466835, job 77. Reproduce or inspect the aborted-job case and verify that the watch task handles the aborted status without the invalid ExecutionStatus exception and reports the underlying failure.
