Tooltips stops working on_hover

At times, when showing multiple charts, the tooltips stops showing. On individual, single detail chart views, this is generally not the case. Both pages, edit and show charts, are fundamentally the same. The major difference is that on "Show Charts" page I have imported certain components from 'reactstrap'. Has anyone else run into this issue?

Also weirdly, if i go from "Edit Chart" to "Show Chart" it works, until I click on some reactstrap modal. Thoughts?
