add support for hover_data keyword argument in plotly.express.imshow

Hello! This is a feature request to add support for the hover_data keyword in the plotly.express.imshow function. It's implemented for other express function like line and scatter.

Using plotly 4.9.0

I'd like to be able to format of the value displayed on hover and add new data to be displayed.
