Description
Hello! This is a feature request to add support for the hover_data keyword in the plotly.express.imshow function. It's implemented for other express function like line and scatter.
Using plotly 4.9.0
I'd like to be able to format of the value displayed on hover and add new data to be displayed.
Thanks!

Research direction
Start at the plotly.express.imshow entry point and compare how the other Express functions, especially line and scatter, handle hover_data. Trace the linked hover-text documentation for the expected behavior. Done means imshow accepts hover_data, supports formatting existing hover values, and displays additional data on hover.
