Global CSS cannot be imported from within node_modules.

Hi,
I get the following error with 2.35.2 when I try building with npm run build. It seems to be related to #7139 and #7145. What do I need to change to fix this error?

使用 npm run build 重现该失败，并沿着从 node_modules/maplibre-gl/dist/maplibre-gl.css 经过 node_modules/plotly.js/src/registry.js 到 src/plotly-custom.js 和 PlotlyChart 组件的导入跟踪进行排查。阅读相关 issue #7139 和 #7145，然后验证报告中的 build 是否在没有 Global CSS 错误的情况下完成。
