描述
Localization file [lib/locales/es.js](https://github.com/plotly/plotly.js/blob/master/lib/locales/es.js) contains a bunch of comments with line numbers referring to where the strings are used in the codebase.
These are impossible to maintain and many are likely out of date; we should remove entirely.
