描述
I am re-opening a bug reported which was apparently fixed in 2019 #3654
I came across it again. Not sure if it's a regression.
according to this comment the patch "constrains the hover labels to fit inside the graph's bounding box"
But as you can see from my codepen and screenshot the hover labels are being clipped outside the bounding box
