Description

If you change label color after the first render plotly.react will not update legend label color.
See the example (hit the checkbox): https://codepen.io/niclas-m/pen/zYNXLvr

Workaround: If Plotly.newPlot is used it renders as expected.

Same Problem exists for "textposition".

Research direction

Start with the linked CodePen example and the Plotly.react and Plotly.newPlot entry points, reproducing the checkbox change for label color and textposition. Trace the update behavior and verify that Plotly.react refreshes both legend label color and textposition after the first render without requiring Plotly.newPlot.
