Description

Hello.
I added a text argument to ggplot and then converted it into plotly.
Html worked in the sense it appeared with the underline, showing it is infact a clickable link BUT once I move my cursor, it disappears and practiacally impossible to click on.

Any way you could somewhat adress it in upcoming releases?

Research direction

Reproduce the issue from an R ggplot with a text argument converted to plotly, focusing on the hover information and its HTML link. Check whether the link remains visible and clickable after the cursor moves; done means a user can reliably press the URL in the hover info.
