ggplotly doesn't yet implement plot-based title positioning

The latest version of ggplot2 has a new function that can make the title positioned with regard to the plot rather than the panel.

ggplotly doesn't yet implement this.

先复现提供的 ggplot2 示例，并将其输出与 plotly::ggplotly(plot) 进行比较。然后检查 ggplotly 对 theme(plot.title.position = "plot") 的处理；当转换后的图将标题相对于整个图而不仅仅是 panel 进行定位时，即表示完成。
