Rangeslider start/end do not work with ggplotly

This works:

d <- tibble::tibble(
  time = seq(as.Date("2016-01-01"), as.Date("2016-08-31"), by = "days"),
  y = rnorm(seq_along(time))
)

plot_ly(d, x = ~time, y = ~y) %>%
  add_lines() %>%
  rangeslider(start = d$time[5], end = d$time[50])

With ggplotly start/end are ignored. Why?

p <- d %>% ggplot(aes(x = time, y = y)) +
  geom_line()

ggplotly(p, dynamicTicks = T) %>% 
  rangeslider(start = d$time[5], end = d$time[50])

首先使用所述的 R 和 plotly 版本运行 issue 中的直接 plot_ly 示例和 ggplotly 示例。比较 rangeslider 的行为，并跟踪 ggplotly 如何处理 rangeslider(start, end)；当所请求的开始日期和结束日期能够与 ggplotly 一致地工作时，即视为完成。
