Bug: ggplotly with no open plots crashes R (from Rgui)

Example:

ggplotly(p) # crashes R when used in RGui

The following would make gui not crash:

Comience reproduciendo el ejemplo proporcionado de qplot y ggplotly en RGui en Windows y, después, compárelo con el mismo ejemplo tras dev.new(). Rastree cómo ggplotly gestiona el dispositivo gráfico y confirme la corrección verificando que el caso en el que no hay ningún gráfico abierto ya no hace que R se bloquee, mientras el ejemplo sigue renderizándose.
