ggplotly ignores na.value colour (e.g.: in scale_fill_gradientn and others) [bug]

Code to replicate the bug:

Inizia eseguendo la riproduzione segnalata di ggplot2 e ggplotly con la scala a gradiente e i valori NA. Confronta i colori renderizzati e traccia il percorso di conversione da ggplot2 a plotly; il lavoro è completato quando ggplotly conserva il na.value rosso configurato, con copertura per il caso segnalato.
