Description
Currently the parser does not recognize CREATE TABLE statements in the form of CREATE TABLE tbl AS (SELECT 1).
Relevant syntax (link):
CREATE [TEMPORARY] TABLE [IF NOT EXISTS] tbl_name
[(create_definition,...)]
[table_options]
[partition_options]
[IGNORE | REPLACE]
[AS] query_expression #<<<

Research direction
Start at the parser entry point for CREATE TABLE and trace how the existing statement forms are handled. Use the reported CREATE TABLE tbl AS (SELECT 1) example as the initial case, and consider the work done when that form is recognized without regressing existing CREATE TABLE syntax.
