Rebuilding 8.4.16 using clang 21.1.8 I see logs are overbloated with the warnings like

I see it was fixed some time ago in https://github.com/php/php-src/issues/17687 but started to fire not so long ago

Reproduce the PHP 8.4.16 build with clang 21 and inspect the warnings in ext/fileinfo/libmagic/data_file.c and ext/dom/lexbor/lexbor/html/tokenizer/res.h. Read issue 17687 for related context, then compare the affected generated or source data. Done means the reported unterminated-string-initialization warnings are addressed without breaking the build.
