Description
See https://github.com/phetsims/masses-and-springs/issues/381.
It might be a good idea to print a huge error message in Rosetta when a child sim's strings are out of sync with its mother sim. The code that checks this could be in the translation report. The drawback to this is that it would make the translation report slower.

Research direction
Start by reading masses-and-springs issue 381 and the translation report code in Rosetta. Determine how the report detects child-simulation string mismatches, then define the huge error output and evaluate the reported performance drawback before considering the work complete.
