Beschreibung

Need to add support for the dynamic sticky footer styles:

  • .pf-m-sticky-footer-base

  • .pf-m-sticky-footer-stuck

This should follow the existing dynamic sticky header API with isStickyHeaderBase and isStickyHeaderStuck. The static isStickyFooter prop should continue to work as it does currently.
