Research direction
Start with the ActionList/action-list.css and OverflowMenu/overflow-menu.css files named in the warning traces, and compare the reported declarations at lines 11 and 16 with issue #9466. Confirm the appropriate flex alignment change for both components, then run the affected PatternFly React build or consuming Next.js setup. Done means the autoprefixer warnings no longer appear without changing component layout behavior.
