Riproduci il problema compilando try-runtime-cli con la toolchain stabile e confrontalo con la build nightly. Inizia da substrate/primitives/panic-handler/src/lib.rs nella dipendenza sottoposta a checkout, quindi determina la modifica necessaria al progetto affinché la build con la toolchain stabile venga completata senza gli errori E0658 di lazy_cell.
