omdb show region info for snapshots subvolume

Description

We need a way to show the regions for a snapshot like we do the regions for a disk.

knowing the HOST_SERIAL, REGION, ZONE, and PHYSICAL_DISK that make up disk is useful.  The same is true for a snapshot, and specifically we want the source info.  We do currently print the destination info.
