Description

https://github.com/oxidecomputer/omicron/blob/df990b0578fbee4afcf805423a20d85e23544e0d/nexus/reconfigurator/planning/src/system.rs#L1450-L1452

For the FM sim (RFD 726) we'd like to name these sled-{slot} instead of serial{slot}. So either the format string needs to be a parameter or we just change the hardcoded format.

Research direction

Start at nexus/reconfigurator/planning/src/system.rs lines 1450-1452, where SystemDescription generates sled serials, and review the FM simulator context in RFD 726. Decide whether the format should be parameterized or changed directly, then verify that generated names use the requested sled-{slot} form.
