Feature: tight up the integration with extra eventSources

A controller can define additional eventSources as shown e.g. here

there are 2 improvements we can investigate:

• the watched resource should be easily accessible in the reconcile loop
• the generated Roles/RoleBindings etc. should take into account those resources too

从 sample-operators/tomcat-operator/src/main/java/io/javaoperatorsdk/operator/sample/TomcatReconciler.java 开始，检查其额外的 eventSources 如何到达 reconcile 循环。跟踪为这些资源生成的 Roles 和 RoleBindings；当被监视的资源可在 reconciliation 期间访问，并且生成的权限包含额外的 eventSources 时，即表示完成。
